The Institute for Research and Theory Methodologies (RTM), in partnership with CQUniversity Australia, is pleased to announce a unique and innovative twist for this year’s International Congress for Qualitative Research and Theory Methodologies (ic-QRTM). Rather than one event, ic-QRTM will have three events:
(1) the 2024 ic-QRTM Launch Event: Elevate and Engage,
(2) Presentations on the RTM YouTube Channel, and
(3) the RTM Global Research Connection and Awards.
2024 ic-QRTM Launch Event: Elevate and Engage
The 2024 ic-QRTM will start with a FREE launch event, “Elevate and Engage,” where each presenter will give a brief 3–5-minute elevator pitch about their presentation. This event will be on Friday, Sept 27, from 4-7 pm PT (Saturday, Sept 28 from 9 am-12 pm AEST). During this event, we will also be selecting two attendees to each receive a gift worth $50 USD. 2024 ic-QRTM Presentations
Following the “Elevate and Engage” launch event, all the 2024 ic-QRTM presentations will be available for FREE on the RTM YouTube channel. You can also engage with the presenters in the comment section for each YouTube video.
If you enjoy a presentation and find it helpful, give it a “thumbs-up.” You will also have a chance to vote for your favorite session on RTM’s social media.
We will be awarding two prizes: one for the presenter who gets the most thumbs up on YouTube and one for the presenter who gets the most votes on RTM’s social media.

RTM Global Research Connection Launch & 2024 ic-QRTM Awards
The presentation winners will be announced at our second live virtual event on November 1, 2024, at 4 pm PDT (November 2 at 9 am AEST). This FREE one-hour event will launch our new monthly RTM Global Research Connection. The RTM Global Research Connection will be a monthly Zoom Video Conference Call where students, faculty, and researchers can discuss research-related topics, hear guest speakers, ask questions, and build an active and supportive community of worldwide researchers. You can be a winner, too. At this RTM Global Research Connection Launch, we will select two attendees to each receive a gift worth $50.
