"Kara really shows hard work and professionalism when she's working with the students. I always think about that and try to certainly mimic those behaviors when I'm working with students as well. I think one take-away from that is when you have a strong mentor-mentee relationship you're not only learning the content, but you also have take-aways in terms of mentoring."

Regular newsletters received from RTM ensure everyone is kept well informed of upcoming events, including conferences and other opportunities for researchers to network.
