Returns and Refunds Policy.

Thank you for your purchase through the Institute for Research and Theory Methodologies (RTM).  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  However, we do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.  For live events, we will offer refunds up to 48 hours before the event, minus a 10% process fee.
