This conference brings together classic grounded theory researchers from around the world to present research using classic grounded theory, provide training and support for new classic grounded theory researchers, and build a community of researchers interested in classic grounded theory.

The primary language of the conference is English.  However, we are accepting some presentations and posters in other languages.

The conference will include the following strands:

  • Learning Grounded Theory through presentation sessions, workshops, panels, and Q&A sessions
  • Doing Grounded Theory, presentations of grounded theories by researchers
  • Constant Comparative Method of Qualitative Analysis, sessions specifically focused on the use of this method of analysis. These sessions can focus on how the method of analysis has been used in grounded theory and other methods.
  • Building Community, sessions specifically designed to facilitate building relationships among conference attendees.
  • Posters and Developmental Papers that present proposals or work-in-progress

See Submission Guidelines HERE for more information.
